How to avoid stretch marks during pregnancy?

Gaining more weight during pregnancy may cause stretch marks in different parts of your body, and mainly on your belly and hips. It is difficult to get rid of these stretch marks later.
To avoid stretch marks, follow the recipe of beauty expert Claude Saad:

Ingredients:
– Half grated apple
– Whole egg
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, or corn)
– Half mashed ripe banana
– Three tablespoons of liquid milk
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

How to prepare the recipe:
Mix the ingredient well till you have a mixture like a soft cream. Apply the mixture all around your belly and hips from the bottom up in a circular, clockwise motion. Keep the mixture on your skin for 30 minutes.
Use this mixture during pregnancy and shortly afterwards by applying it three times a week, in the morning and evening.
