Smoothie in a Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Toppings:

  • Any fruit of choice
  • Granola
  • Coconuts flakes
  • Hemp seeds
  • Cocoa nibs

Directions:

Add baby spinach, mixed berries, banana, avocado, almond milk and chia seeds into a blender. Blend all smoothie ingredients until it has a smooth texture.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favourite topping. I have used fruit, granola, coconut flakes, hemp seeds and cocoa nibs.
